Why can't I log into MyChart? ›

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

You can log into your Novant Health MyChart with your New Hanover username and password. A MyChart message was sent to your New Hanover MyChart if your username is already taken by another patient at Novant Health with instructions on how to log in.

There are some results that are exceptions and your provider will contact you outside of MyChart with those results. The test results page defaults to show only test results done at clinic locations. You may need to click on Show hospital results to see all test results.

Your password is different than your MyChart username. It is also case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one number, and one letter.

Your activation code will be printed on your after-visit summary, can be printed for you or sent to the email address we have on file for you, upon your request. You will not need to use this code after you have completed the sign-up process.

Most likely, you have tried to access your MyChart account 5 times in a row using the wrong password. If you do this, for security purposes, your account is disabled. If your account becomes disabled, you should call 740-454-5008.

If you have an e-mail address on file then your MyChart Username will be sent to your e-mail account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact Customer Support at 1-833-395-2035 to help you regain access to your MyChart account.
