The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

Derrick McDavid, 53, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, unlawful possession of a weapon on school property, first degree criminal mischief, and third degree criminal trespass, arrested and booked October 29.

Roger Mason, 43, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of receiving stolen property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and flagrant non-support, arrested and booked October 29.

Bobby Menville, 42, of Vanceburg, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 29.

Jared Beair, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked October 29.

Caleb McGlone, 33, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked October 30.

Matthew Bailey, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 30.

Christal Henderson, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 30.

Clayton Jarvis, 26, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order, arrested and booked October 30.

Donald Robinson, 38, of Greenup, arrested by Greenup County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 30.

Julian Rosales, 23, of Canonsburg, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked October 31.

Jeffery Horn, 47, of Greenup, arrested by Bath County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 31.

Kenneth Mills, 32, of Willard, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or under, arrested and booked October 31.

Danny Lawhorn, 50, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of disregarding a stop sign, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, and failure to appear, arrested and booked October 31.

Daniel Barker, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, and second degree strangulation, arrested and booked November 1.

Casey Holbrook, 32, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked November 1.

Martin Littleton, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked November 1.

Micah Meadows, 19, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, failure to maintain required insurance, one headlight, no registration receipt, and second degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, arrested and booked November 1.

Rebecca Rucker (Nease), 42, of Greenup, arrested by Greenup County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked November 2.

Donna Stockdale, 60, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, no registration receipt, inadequate muffler, possession of marijuana, failure to produce an insurance card, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked November 2.

David Walker, 56, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, menacing, second degree disorderly conduct, third degree terroristic threatening, and resisting arrest, arrested and booked November 3.

Steven Gilbert, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree criminal mischief, and alcohol intoxication in a public place, arrested and booked November 3.

Patrick Garris, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of failure to appear, inadequate muffler, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, no registration receipt, no registration plate, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked November 3.

Pamela Biggs, 58, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to appear, no registration plates, no registration receipt, and operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license, arrested and booked November 3.

Ronald Weaver, 41, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of receiving stolen property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, first degree strangulation, first degree wanton endangerment, theft by unlawful taking of an automobile valued between $1,000 and $10,000, and fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked November 4.

Kimberly Maxie, 48, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of possession of marijuana, public intoxication on controlled substances (excludes alcohol), and being a fugitive (warrant not required), arrested and booked November 4.

Randall Horsley, 48, of Greenup, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked November 4.

Anthony Gray, 41, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked November 4.

Jonathan Marcum, 41, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to comply with helmet law over 21 years of age, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, and no registration plates, arrested and booked November 4.

Alisha Parson, 32, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), first degree promoting contraband, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked November 4.

Thomas Shoemaker, 58, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of tampering with physical evidence, first degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked November 4.

James Rucker, 60, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, second degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), speeding 26 MPH or more over the speed limit, improperly on left side of road, reckless driving, disregarding stop sign, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, possession of marijuana, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked November 4.

John Carver, 62, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, failure to or improper signal, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked November 5.

Damon Barido, 21, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked November 5.
